GoCCL Travel Agent Portal
Travel agent bookings still make up 40% of Carnival Cruise Lines' overall reservations which made the GoCCL redesign so critical to the overall bottom line. Our goals were to fix navigation and content discovery in the portal by extracting key information locked into PDFs and instituting a new tagging scheme into the CMS. I was the sole content strategist on this project from discovery to implementation with influence on everything from taxonomy, site search, migration and authoring.
